How how long should i take to see if it works. I hv taken it for 3 weeks, the first week helps a little but the third week seems to be louder than before. Should i continue or resume?

Dear Sir,
I am suffering from tinnitus and have just taken the first tablet of sonarx and all i am worried is that are there any side effects or will my other ear get damaged by this medcine pl let me know ASAP.
